Camp Details
This girls-only camp is the perfect pre-season boost to get players game-ready for the competitive fall season. Expect high-level technical drills, small-sided games, competitive scrimmages, and purposeful training that builds skill, speed, and soccer IQ.
More importantly, Sophie and Aubrey will pour into the mindset and attitude required to succeed at the highest levels of girls soccer — the same mentality that helped them win a conference championship and reach the NCAA Sweet 16.
Meet Your Coaches
Sophie Shrader
Founder of Shrader Athletics (est. 2018 at age 17). Set Newsome High School’s goal-scoring record as a sophomore and junior. Played at USF (NCAA Sweet 16 team) and finished her career at the University of Tampa. Sophie’s passion is helping every girl — regardless of current level — fall more in love with the game while developing the character and work ethic that lasts beyond the field.
Aubrey Megrath
Sophie’s former USF teammate and lifelong friend. Standout forward/defender who started 20 games in 2019, scored key goals, and helped lead USF to the American Athletic Conference Championship, victories over Florida and Washington, and a Sweet 16 appearance in the NCAA Tournament (falling by one goal to Florida State).
Together, Sophie and Aubrey played one unforgettable season at USF in 2019 — a dominant year full of big wins and lifelong memories. Now they’re teaming up again to pour that same fire and joy into the next generation of girls.
